Shipping Times:

  1. Local Shipping: For domestic orders within Australia, we strive to dispatch your order within 2 business days after receiving it. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method and your location. Standard shipping generally takes 2-14  business days, while Express shipping usually takes 1-4 business days.
  1. b. Worldwide Shipping: For international orders, the shipping time may vary depending on the delivery location and customs procedures. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend checking with your local customs office for further information.

Shipping Costs:

  1. Local Shipping: Shipping costs for domestic orders within Australia are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the chosen shipping method and destination. The exact shipping cost will be provided during the checkout process.
  1. b. Worldwide Shipping: International shipping costs are calculated similarly, taking into account the weight, dimensions, chosen shipping method, and destination. The customer is responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, or additional fees charged by the destination country.

Terms and Conditions - Packages Lost Due to Force Majeure:

1. Force Majeure Exclusion: Our company shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or delay of packages caused by force majeure events. Force majeure events include but are not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, civil unrest, strikes, labor disputes, terrorist attacks, government actions, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

2. Assumption of Risk: By engaging our services, the customer acknowledges and assumes the risk associated with force majeure events. Any loss or damage resulting from force majeure events shall be solely at the customer's expense and responsibility.

3. Insurance Options: Customers are advised to consider obtaining additional insurance coverage to protect against potential losses due to force majeure events. Our company may offer optional insurance coverage at an additional cost, subject to separate terms and conditions.

4. Notification and Claim Process: In the event of a lost package due to force majeure, the customer must promptly notify our customer service team. However, please note that no claim or compensation will be entertained for such losses, as they fall outside the scope of our coverage.

5. Limitation of Liability: Our liability is strictly limited to the extent provided for in these terms and conditions. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from packages lost due to force majeure events.
